I bought some items online. The postage came to $13. So I went ahead and processed my order. I few days later I get an email with an invoice saying I owe an extra $35 for postage. The postage should have been worked out online when I was doing the order, they have my post code details and should know how much their product weight is. Not a good system, they should upgrade their online shop. I rang them 6 times over a week and got an answer machine and left my number, but they never got back to me. A few weeks later I rang and got thru, They were not interested in doing the online postage price of $13 . I told him to sort his **** website out. Never buy off them again
