Very disappointed with your service. I ordered some items, ut was already nearly 3 weeks I have not received them despite paying extra for the freight hoping to arrive early. Nothing has been done about it despite repeated email. I cannot imagine that such business as yours exist. You sent me the invoice but nothing arrived and no notification what so ever. And now you are asking me to rate my experience with your business???

Products are great and as described. Shipping took 3 weeks NOT 24hrs or 7 days. Communication was POOR!! Auto Megastore your customer service is terrible. When I did manage to get through and speak to you, your story changed over and over again - when I asked you to call me back, you never did!

I’d been looking everywhere for ages for a particular product that used to be easily found in stores. Auto Megastore was the only place I could now find it and at a reasonable price. Their postal method is excellent and I had my item in just a few days. Well done ?👍
