So many emails requesting a review of my shopping experience even before the order was confirmed, let alone shipped or delivered. Finally the items were sent and have arrived. Well packaged and exactly what I was after.
Response from AutoMegaStore
Dec 11, 2023
Hi Addy,
Unfortunately, your order was not shipped within 24 hours as you ordered a 3-5 Day Dispatch item – as advertised online, these items require us 3-5 business days to order in as they are not freely stocked.
We also advertise 7 business days for deliveries to your location – your order was also delivered within this time frame.
The review emails are automatic and send within certain periods of time.
We are glad to hear that you are happy with our products, and we hope to see you again soon!
Thanks for the review and have a Merry Christmas!
Kind Regards,
Imogen.

Hi Peter,
We do apologise for the service.
We have resolved both issues you experienced with your order.
The spray bottle leaked due to being stored on its side – storing bottled products on their side can cause pressure which causes leaks overtime.
However, we then issued a partial refund to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your review!
Kind Regards,
Meagan.
