As advertised online, deliveries to WA take up to 10 business days – Your parcel was delivered 2 days past this ETA. We apologise for our service not meeting your standards; however, we immediately conversed with CP as soon as you raised these issues, updating you along the way. Unfortunately, once a parcel leaves our warehouse, the courier then holds any further responsibility and the most we can do is contact them to get further information.
