Thanks Lyndsey, As advertised online, the product you ordered was a 3-5 Day Dispatch item which means we need up to 3-5 business days to order the stock in as they are not freely stocked like our 24 Hour Dispatch items. We were unable to order your stock until the Monday as you ordered over the weekend (we do not operate weekends or public holidays), however the stock arrive within 2 business days. Delivery lead times to your area can take up to 7 business, as advertise online however it appears your parcel was delivered by the 6th day. our couriers are working as fast as possible to deliver your parcel, along with our warehouse team who are packing orders every minute of the day. The products were sent extremely quickly but seemed to go all around the world with Aust Post so I didn’t receive them as quickly as I thought.The products have been used by me 303 Aerospace is as good as always has been.The chrome cleaner didn’t go so well but I may have bought the wrong product for that.

A terrible experience with this company. We paid in full. We never received the items we paid for. They sent us a different model. They would not refund unless we first sent back their incorrectly supplied items at our own expense. We never asked to be sent those items, it is their error and our refund or supply of the products we paid for should not be contingent upon us first sending back items that we never ordered at our own expense. This is not a reputable way of doing business, and our experience has been terrible with them.
