Thank you for the review, we appreciate it!
As advertised online, you purchased a 7 Day Dispatch item which means we need 7 business days to order the stock in as they are not freely stock like our 24 Hour Dispatch items. We also emailed a reminder to advise this a couple days after you ordered.
However, the 7 Day Dispatch item arrived in our warehouse within 4 business days and the order was shipped immediately. The couriers then delivered it within 5 business days, making it a day earlier than advertised on our website.
We sincerely apologise for your dissatisfaction however your order was on-time, if not early.

However, the image displayed exactly how the lamp you ordered looks and is advertised the same way as every other store selling the product you ordered.
