Hi Andrew, We appreciate your feedback. The 8000kg are quite heavy and hard to pack however they have always met up to transit standards, we send out thousands without any issues. The packaging could have been damaged due to a courier mishandling the parcel or it could have contained a lot of movement due to the weight, whilst in transit for delivery. We advertise additional freight warnings in our shipping & delivery information tab, in the checkout, below every item listing and in a bold text in the description of this specific item. As advertised online, we do not operate on weekends or public holidays and your order was placed on a Sunday, therefore we reached out to you the following business day via email regarding your additional freight, we then emailed again a day after before calling you on the Friday. You might have waited for dispatch however we did contact you immediately when this occurred. We always welcome customers to raise any issues, queries or concerns so we can address them immediately and we do apologise that you were not satisfied however you did not raise any concerns at the time. As advertised online, we do not operate on weekends or public holidays therefore any order placed on a weekend is then shipped on the following business day. Your order was delivered on August 2nd, and we have not received any emails or calls from you, therefore, unfortunately, I do not see a reason as to why we needed to contact you otherwise. Our emails for order confirmation and tracking details are automatically generated and sent, therefore you should have received your order confirmation 5 minutes after ordering and the tracking details on the Monday we shipped your order. Like many stores, some products sell out before we had the opportunity to remove them from the website which results in order delays. Usually, we would be able to order in your item within 3-5 business days however our supplier had advised that it has incurred a shocking delay.
