Took 2 weeks to post the items. Some items on the website stated 2-5 business days. I had to call them after 1 week to check and to be told 2 months ETA. I swapped the item for something in stock and still it took them 1 week to post them. Now another 2 weeks with AUS POST and still waiting …

ok, lets start from the beginning. Website had stock I wanted for sale, purchased online(stating 24 hr dispatch), only to be told not enough stock, send rest later, it took a week for courier to collect & advise they had parcel for me, I cancelled the residual stock as I made plans elsewhere to purchase so I could get straight away, took about 3 emails to confirm credit for item that hadnt been dispatched... wasnt the worst experience have had online, & got a couple of the things I wanted, just soured the experience, as have used them before purchasing.

Hi Craig, thanks for the feedback, glad you received most of your order in the end, we're trying our best to keep all our customers updated on potential delays as they occur. As for the refund, sometimes it can take a few business days to finalise which is a bit frustrating.
