After waiting for stock to arrive it took two weeks to get delivered from your warehouse which is only a few kms away.

Hi Daniel, unfortunately there are massive delivery delays at the moment due to the massive backlog of orders with all courier services. Glad you received it in the end nonetheless.

Hi Team,
I appreciate you reaching out however unfortunately after putting in a very large first order I am now trying to AOA myself why I would continue moving forward with you in the future as I received some poorly packaged goods that leaked everywhere.
I can understand the current Australia Post delays but I was disappointed with the state of the delivery once it arrived.
However, the initial over the phone service with Damian was sensational.
Thanks
Jules.

Unknown as to why the store maybe located in Victoria.. and yet the warehouse is in south Australia, unless that's where the most client base is for faster delivery.
Fastway had some issues, but automata has no control over.. so my review and my rating is based upon them and what they offer... and they have the range and the stock.
