Very friendly support staff who actually called me via the phone instead of messaging me. Very helpful, stock that I ordered was out of stock, but they found more stock in another warehouse and they shipped to me. My experience with them from start to finish - fantastic.

There is a need to notify you that my order finally arrived after an extensive delay due to an out of stock item. The problem was made much worse when i opened the package to have it leak all over the place and more to that i noticed that the package had stated that it was only 2 kgs.......clearly wrong and a bad look for you guys as the packaging was not adequate for the product and should have been in a carton instead of cling wrap and a very weak carton and no impact protection.

We bought two wheels for our large four wheel garden cart. The other two were ok but we were so pleased with the new ones we decided to buy two more and keep the old ones for spares. On our rural property the cart gets plenty of use and now is looking like a new one. We found exactly what we wanted at Auto Megastore when we couldn't find the right things anywhere else. Excellent service and prices and quick delivery. We would absolutely recommend this store.
