Excellent product and service. The only point I would make is that the axle shaft on these wheels is slightly shorter than the standard wheel. An extra washer is all that is required.

Absolutely horrible. I will never work with your company again. You have poor communication regarding the status of orders. Don't respond to emails directly, I was assured communication by a certain date, and when a week past still nothing.... Then when I finally have had enough, one of your staff lies blatantly to my face.

First time purchase. No communication. Enquired about my purchase after a few days to find the item is out of stock and hopefully will be sent the following week. Enquired again more than a week later and arranged a refund. So I gave a one star because I got the refund. Why not state out of stock on your page? Megastore must be so mega that they can't do a stocktake.

Goods took nearly weeks to get to get to Sydney for Adelaide. What a joke. Packing of the goods not great and resulted in some damage to the brush handle whilst in transit.
