I'm sure others have had a wonderful experience ... me however... I've waited nearly a month for 2 cans of spray paint and still have not recieved them. My project has been put back now and i am very dissapointed with your choice of courier company.

Good morning Janelle. The item was shipped out a short time after you placed it and according to the tracking is estimated for delivery on Monday September 27th. It's just taking Australia Post and Courier Services a bit longer at the moment to delivery packages due to the volume in their network plus covid restrictions. Honestly worst experience ever, I would never purchase anything with this company again. The service we received was atrocious. I certainly won’t be recommending this company.
My problem was not with the faulty product, my problem was with AutoMega store and in fact you Toby and your lack of knowledge of the procedure involved with a faulty product. The fact I had to wait over 2 weeks for you Toby to contact your head manager and then the company who manufactured the product, to then let me know what has to be done with a faulty product under your own busy page warranty steps. You can’t run a successful business if you don’t know your own procedures with a faulty product that you are selling and to ask us to wait over two weeks for you to obtain that information is really not professional. (Which you state is on your webpage)
My advice would be to read up on your policies, so you can give that information to your customers ASAP. This was a very expensive puff and a major work tool, delays for myself means loss of business.

Good afternoon Nicole and Allan. As mentioned in the review response below, there are set procedures we have to go through for warranty and returns to fix faulty products and units. I understand your frustrations with the process however the warranty process can take up to 4 weeks to complete from when we are notified of the issue to then having it resolved. Regards, Toby

Good afternoon Allan. When some products are faulty, there is a specific process which has to occur under warranty for the product to either be fixed or replaced. These details can be found in the returns/refunds section at the bottom of the home page on the website. We have to adhere to this process with all orders and cannot simply provide a refund when requested. Regards, Toby
