An easy transaction, good chat line communication prior to my purchase and pretty quick shipping and delivery. Product wise, the item was good quality and just as described in the advertisement and the chat line discussion. I’d recommend these guys!

They still charge for shipping and it takes the same amount of time as retailers who offer free shipping with no minimum spend. Won’t be buying much anymore

Thanks for the feedback, Phil. The shipping cost is a flat fee of $8.95 accross the website to acocunt for the pick, pack and shipping fees associated with the order. It works out great when ordering a number of items. Regards, Toby

Product is as it says, however it was supposed to be Australian stock, 3 days delivery.... it took much longer than that. It arrived 3 days after we sent a message to find out where it was.

Thanks for the feedback, Kylie. Some items are taking a bit longer to deliver at the moment due to Covid as there are a lot of packages currently in the network. Glad to hear you still received the product all ok. Regards, Toby

Item which was as described was of decent quality and competitively priced. However, although the order was picked and processed efficiently and quickly, delivery by Australia Post was a let-down. Not only did it take AP the best part of 2 weeks to deliver the item, it was left unattended outside my premises when it should have been signed for.

Good afternoon Ian. Australia Post are taking a bit longer to deliver packages at the moment with the amount of items in the network due to Covid. We have seen some packages take up to a few weeks for delivery at the moment. Will pass on your feedback to them for you. Regards, Toby
