I spent over $150 in necklaces for my kids. For no other reason than I was desperate for teething help (after 3 weeks of nonstop hysteria) and figured at a minimum they were cute. Because I have two infants, I chose to spend the extra money hoping they were real, rather than spending $15 on Amazon. They shipped me the wrong sizes then wouldn’t send replacement. So their own mistake, became my problem and a waste of my money. And my twins couldn’t be matching for vacation. Another necklace was falling apart with gems coming off upon arrival. They’re cute, but save your money and just grab from Amazon. Their response to my email at first was kind, but then took 3 days to respond in regards to a replacement. After asking if they could send it to be here before we left for vacation, I was told “wow, we are a small business”, then blamed me for not contacting them right away, even though I contacted them the day the shipment arrived. I always purchase from small businesses but this is just a scam. Trustpilot gives this site a 2.5/5 rating. Scam adviser trust score is 65/100. Believe these!!!! Wish I would have listened.

Love the look of the pet flea collars! They work well and my pups are stylin’! I would recommend sizing up, as they run small.

I ordered these for a friends baby, knowing that they worked wonders with my own children during teething. Since I wasn’t able to measure myself, I accidentally ordered too small. I texted customer service and they were able to send extenders that worked perfectly! My friends baby has already been able to get relief from teething pain!! So glad I chose Baltic Essentials for my order!!

So far so good. My only problem is that it has stretched from perfect to hanging. He plays with my other dog. I worry it will either break or catch her jaw. I have found a chip of amber from playing. No bugs yet!

I purchased a dog collar, originally ordered too small of a size & emailed them & they sent me instructions to mail it back & they sent out the correct size. It’s very pretty, have only had it a couple weeks so not sure if it repels the insects but it looks cute! Their customer service is very good.

Sadly, the tick collar didn’t deter ticks at all from latching themselves onto my golden retriever. Disappointing.

Bracelet was beautifully made but I lost it in a few days after I got it because, no matter how much you pull the cords it doesn’t stay tight, it loosens up. I’m so disappointed, really wanted to see it worked for me.thanks.

Very cute necklace but sadly broke after under a year

Bought the Amber Collar for my dog. He's been wearing it for just a little over 11 weeks now and we found a tick embedded in his skin about an inch away from the collar itself. The advertising & package both say that it "repels fleas & ticks". I'm somewhat disappointed in this product. Has it already lost its effectiveness? I was trying to stay away from any chemical ladden ones. Other than this, he looks really good in the collar & I've gotten compliments on it but I wouldn't 100% recommend it to others.

We love these necklaces but the clasp seems to be wearing out pretty quickly then we would like.

If I could give this company less than one star I would! I bought my son a bracelet and it broke within 3 months. I had to pay for a new one AND shipping (albeit 40% off). Then upon receipt of the new bracelet in LESS THAN 30 DAYS the bracelet broke AGAIN! They actually want me to pay for the bracelet again? What the what? This is HORRENDOUS customer service. I expect so much more from a small business. I will NEVER purchase from them again and would never recommend them to anyone. I am so disappointed, as is my son
