As for working, I’ve only truly noticed it forsure work one time but I also usually don’t take it off except when showering/bathing so it’s hard for me to notice and I don’t wanna notice lol. I got this specifically in hopes it would work for my restless leg, one night I got annoyed by the bracelet(cuz it’s stretched a little so it rolls up and down more on my arm) so I took it off but about an hour later I put it on cuz I started having RLS symptoms. Then all of a sudden I woke up and it was morning! So I think it works!
