My bracelet helps with minor arthritis in my wrist. I type all day at work and often experience pain and stiffness in my wrist. I also got two small versions of this bracelet for my granddaughters who are both teething. They where it around their ankles and it appears to help with drooling and pain.

The necklace is beautiful..... don’t know if it will help with the teething yet as we’re waiting till the baby gets a little bigger and can hold her head up without assistance. We also purchased a matching bracelet and/or anklet but cannot use it yet because it is to big and just falls off her wrist and her ankle. We were a bit disappointed about the size of the bracelet/anklet.
