This necklace has already brought my son a lot of relief, he's not drooling as much and his gums don't seem to bother him anymore. He's still chewing on everything but I think that's just more of a him thing. The necklace was delivered promptly and I've been informed by my wife that's its a very pretty necklace, which is obviously something my infant son was concerned about.

This fits a 4 month baby well. I am not sure when she will outgrow it as it is not too large at this time. I will probably have to purchase the 12.5 inch sometime in the future. We plan to use it even while our daughter is getting her permanent teeth to help with the pain and inflammation.
