My husband wears this bracelet at all times except for when he is showering, his acid reflux seems to be less severe and less frequent. His ADD does not seem to be improved from the bracelet but I do believe when he looks down and sees it, it grounds him and brings his attention back to the present moment. Aside from the medicinal benefits from the wood and beads, the bracelet is ascetically pretty.
