I purchased this necklace because my 4 week old was having a lot of gas and spitting up problems. It has really helped with his gas. He used to cry trying to pass gas, but he no longer has that problem. Although it has tremendously helped with gas, it did nothing for his reflux. I saw a previous review where the mother said her child had the same problem and it minimized his spit up, so I was hoping for the same results. I am still very happy with this purchase. It's super cute too!
