I purchased this necklace for my son. He is anxious and spacey. He just turned 6. I was afraid the 12.5 inch would be too tight. In addition, I purchased 1.5" Extender Best Match. I am glad I did. The necklace fits how I would like it to and it's not a choker chain. It just comfortable lays right below his neck. He has been wearing it for 4 days now. I wouldn't say that I notice a huge improvement. However, I have noticed he hasn't been as anxious or worried like he was before. So, for me that is worth it. I am hoping it helps improve his concentration over time. However, I have been able to do his homework with him this week with out constantly saying, "focus". So, something must be working. I would purchase it again. I want to get the hazel wood one for myself and him. :) Thank you for supplying a non-toxic and non-medicated choice as a route!
