I have been wearing my necklace for a week and I definitely see a change in my "normal" persona! I was skeptic at first but even after 1 week (maybe tmi but it's the week before my period where my anxiety and/or depression along with my inability to focus is at its worst) I feel better! It's not a cure all (at least in week one) but I can say that it does help, others have noticed the change in me as well!
