It's a very nice quality. Son loves wearing it. the first two days I saw a huge difference in him. He was calmer and wasn't getting upset as quickly. After 2 days it's back to the same stuff. I was so excited for the first 2 days. He hasn't taken it off unless it's bath time.

So far so good! It really seems to have reduced (not eliminated) the number of outbursts my 11yr old son has. He doesn't care for all the purple in the bracelet so I wish they made a black onyx, blue lapis lazuli and amethyst bracelet and necklace because I'm not sure how long he'll want to wear it.
