I bought this for myself and two different ones for my kids. This has tremendously reduced my stress level and my son's has worked wonders for his anxiety. Unfortunately my daughter's did not fit even though I measured her neck😔. My only complaint is the sizing. I wish they came with extenders just in case and it would be awesome if more of the necklaces came in adult sizes instead of baby sizes.

I bought 2 of the Amethyst & Lapis along with the extenders for a 8 and 10 yr old. These are a gift so I have not given these out yet, but I did have my 8 yr old try his on. Without the extender, the 14" was a choker length and with the extender it came just below his collar bone. Love the colors-perfect for boys- a nice dark purple color.
