The customer service was absolutely the easiest thing I have ever had to do!!! This was a replacement necklace from a defect with the closure mechanism. Baltic essentials replaced the necklace free of charge and only cost me shipping to get a new necklace. Also the shipping is super fast!!!

Purchased this one for myself and one for my daughter and we both love our necklaces! I’ve been wearing mine for the last 5 days... taking it off only to shower. I forgot to put it back on this morning and let’s just say I wasn’t the same without it. I’ve had a lot going on lately and I was having a hard time staying focused, and also was feeling a bit of anxiety creeping up on me. Definitely notice a difference in how I feel when wearing it. Going to order more soon!! Quality is excellent too!
