I want to start by mentioning how amazing their customer service is! I originally received the wrong necklace and emailed them on Christmas Eve. By Christmas Day arrangements were made and I received my new necklace just 4 days after I dropped the wrong one back in the mail. That all said, I have I only been wearing it for 4 hours and haven’t noticed much difference in my pain, but I know it can take time. Also, in every picture I have seen, the gems appear to be unpolished/frosted looking. That is not the case, they’re polished/not frosted. After receiving the the wrong necklace first, I didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding out if I once again received the wrong one.
