I am very pleased with the product and the customer service of the company. Initially, I ordered 2 necklaces for my toddler and my mother. One of the necklaces happened to get a crack on it's clasp and would probably not last for long. The company exchanged the necklace at no charge and paid for the shipping.
I am not really certain whether the teething necklace works on reducing my baby’s symptoms, but it definitely looks very cute on her. I only wished the clasp would be made in such way that it could stay on my baby during her sleep and would not be a chocking hazard.
My mother also adores the necklace and wears it all the time. :)

Love the bracelet. I have it on my 4 month old sons ankle and within 2 hours of it being on I noticed less drooling. There were times I would be deiving home from daycare and his shirt would be drenched in drool but with this there is very minimal drooling and less of him chewing on his fingers. I love I would buy another and recommend it to anyone with a teething baby.
