We saw results almost immediately. Drooling was little to none. Less fussy during the day and especially at bedtime. Our baby is six months old and has his top two and bottom two teeth. I was actually really excited when I got this! My daughter who is 8 months is currently teething. She's just been so fussy these last few months. Nothing really works unless I give her tylonol which I really hate doing so I really try not to. So as soon as I got this I immediately washed it in soapy water and let her where it for the rest of the day. It really worked. She was my baby again!! No fussiness!! and she doesn't try to pull at it at all. The only thing is I wish I would of gotten the 12.5 instead of the 11 inch length. It's just a little tight so I have to monitor her very closely while she's wearing it.
