Chose the stretchy version of this bracelet over this one. Only because it fit but would have needed a little bigger size probably, and harder to put on and take off without someone assisting me. Otherwise bracelet is very nice and sturdy looking.

I'm not sure if it's helping but I do see a little bit of calming down from my son when he wears it. It's hard to tell sometimes because he can take off the bracelet easily because his wrists are so small he doesn't keep it on long enough or looses it when playing. The only this I would suggest is maybe make is adjustable for kids with smaller wrists. Otherwise I plan to keep trying to keep it on him and seeing if it helps more when he wears it more.

Perfect size for my two year old and he loves it. He will throw a fit when I take it off of him for his bath, or to go swimming. He has not had any issues thus far to need it, but will be getting his second molars in soon. I'm going to get a Lapis Lazuli and onyx for my older son, whom has ADHD.
As for sizing, it is great for a younger child, like infant, toddler but not for "big kid." My older son is six and its tight on him, i would need to order an extender as well.
