The bracelet has proven to be effective. I am only 18 years old, young, energetic, and shouldn’t have much problems. But from time to time, my back pack or even an apron will strain the muscles in my back and neck and cause pain. This bracelet has helped nullify those effects and has brought me a lot of relief. The reason for the 4 star, however, is that the string broke already in less than a month after receiving it in the mail due to getting caught on a door frame. The elastic band will easily snap if you’re not careful to keep it from being yanked on or getting caught on something.
Overall, this is a great product. I highly recommend this for anyone who experiences any pain from inflammation.

Beautiful piece of jewelry! Our LO has been having some issues with bouts of anger and we often see a major lack of attention and focus. Since wearing this necklace, our LO is now asking to sit and craft, do projects, paint (which LO loves to do), and seems more involved and taking attention to lessons and reading time. We are also seeing an improvement in sleep. I will be ordering more!
