Quality is great!! We just received it so I can’t say too much about effectiveness. Purchase this for my son who has severe anxiety. I believe from other reviews I read it takes a few days to work and since he is at camp till the end of the week he can’t wear it constantly due to not being able to get wet etc… so that’s a bummer!
