I’m very satisfied with Baltic Essentials for their great customer service. I ordered two products and one of them broke the first time worn. I contacted them and they immediately sent me a replacement plus an additional one of the other item. As far as the effectiveness of the collar and bracelet it is very early to know if the work. I’m hoping the tick collar will keep those pest away since I’m trying to avoid any pesticides and bad chemicals on my dog.

I love these necklaces, I bought one for 2 of my kids and my grandson. My son is 8 and has ADHD and mood disorders and even on medication he was hard to deal with. The necklaces are for my twins who are teething drooling fussy monsters. They are beautiful and helped immediately relieve some symptoms. The shipping however was misleading. I paid extra for 2 day shipping with FEDEX and it took 5 days to get to us. Did not receive refund from company when asked bc they said it was in the fine print that it won't actually arrive in two days. Will not pay for expedited shipping in the future!
