Everything with a baby is guesswork... This didn't seem to change her fussiness that we attributed to reflux/colic, but we do notice less spit up/snorting. We love the necklace. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it did not fit the child it was meant for and will only fit my youngest for a short while still. I thought that I was ordering the same size as I had previously after receiving it and digging through my previous orders I was mistaken and picked the size smaller than what I was after. This is what happens when you make the assumption of something being correct and not verifying that it is correct. Even though she won't get to wear it for much longer she loves her necky.
