The necklace is well made. I’ve worn it everyday for about two weeks. I take it off to shower and then put it back on. I do feel it is helping me with my anxiety. I have been calming down a lot faster when I get upset about something. I would recommend trying this necklace. I’m sure everyone is different but it does seem to be helping me.
