The necklace looks really nice on my son who is 4 years old. The 12.5in is a bit small on him and I'm worried about it fitting him next year. The necklace was purchased to help with behavior but I'm not sure if I've noticed a difference in him yet. He wears the necklace during the day but takes it off at night to sleep.
