We haven't been able to wear it yet because it was too small for my 8 yr old. However when I went to find out how to exchange I found out I could get an extender at a very reasonable cost! SO much better than having to send the entire necklace back and wait for another one. Also I made a phone call to customer service and when they replied back they offered some of the cost to be refunded for the extenders! Great company and great customer service!
