I had ordered a necklace from Baltic Essentials 3 years ago and was very pleased with their service and quality. I remember that it didn’t take but a couple of days getting my merchandise then. Back then,I was impressed. Now here I am and wanting another necklace. But, times are different now with longer delivery times, communications, etc, right? I ordered through Baltic Essentials bc of the quality of the product I had previously ordered. Well….the customer service is AMAZING! I had placed my order early Thursday afternoon. Within 30 minutes of placing my order I had gotten an email telling me my items (I got a bracelet, too.) had been shipped and I should have it by Monday! Thursday evening I received a personal note from them informing me again how they appreciated my patronage and I should have my items by Monday. BUT….I got my items SATURDAY! The quality once again is exceptional! No need to look elsewhere when there is Baltic Essentials!
