Sadly my bracelet broke before I could wear it BUT a few reasons for 5 stars anyways: the response time from customer service was quick. Not only that, I have never seen a company offer so many options to make things right, right out the door! They were beyond polite and super sweet. My teenager who got the matching one to me, loves it. They bracelets picture online does it no justice, it is gorgeous!! I can not wait for my replacement and plan to spread around about this amazing company!
