I came across this company on Facebook one day and decided to order for my son. He is 4 and can be a bit hyper at times especially at school. He was very excited for it to come in the mail so we opened as soon as as it came within a few days shipping time. As soon as we put it on he ripped it off not realizing there was a clasp (hence why we are trying the necklace in the first place) I figured I would have to try and fix the necklace myself but first I wanted to reach out to the company to see if I could send it back for a new one or to be fixed. On the website I saw a number available for text. I was able to text them without having to sit on the phone or wait on hold. I included a picture of the necklace and receipt. Without any questions I received noticed that they shipped me a brand new necklace! I am so appreciative and impressed at the service and response.
