I will be honest I was sceptic at first but this bracelet has been a game changer! I deal with back pain daily and it has made a huge difference, I even left it off over night just to be sure it was the bracelet making my pain better and sure enough when I slept without it I woke up achy and sore. Buying some for my arthritic mother and father.
