I have purchased one of these for each of our 4 member family. Originally, I was looking for something to help my 14 year old with pain he has been experiencing in his heels/ ankles. It is either from sports practices or growing pains, possibly a combination of both. I saw that it helps with focus and allergy symptoms so I purchased one for my 12 year old as well. Each of them feel like the necklaces are helping with their respective issues so I purchased one for my husband and myself. My shoulder and heal pain has lessened and I think it is helping to sooth some stressful times happening in our lives. Mine seems like it was strung to tight so it hangs a little wonky, but I won't go a day without it.
