The only thing I noticed is the bracelet before had Baltic Amber plus cognac. My arthritis and carpal tunnel cause severe cramping in my left hand. I’ve been wearing this one almost a week and it’s still cramping. Perhaps I need to stay with the cognac one. Still, nothing bad to say about it. I think this was an error on my part.
