I ordered a replacement necklace and was told to be sure to measure her old one because they stretch with time. Sure enough her old necklace was 13” and brand new it was 12”. Her old one is many years old. It was suggested to get an extender with her new necklace and was told they can’t guarantee the extender will be the same color way as the necklace. The necklace and extender came in and they match! She’s happy to have her necklace again. Great experience all around
