Biggest and immediate thing I noticed was within 20 mins I forgot my constant pain associated with Dercum’s Disease (3rd most painful disease known). I haven’t taken a break through pain pill since putting it on. I do take it off for showering and have forgotten to put it back on. It works again as soon as it’s in contact with my body after about 20 mins.
