So far, it has been amazing! We only received it yesterday but within an hour of my son putting it on, he said he felt more relaxed and ready for sleep than he has in over a year. For the past year (plus some), we’ve battled anxiety when bedtime comes. He’s afraid he cannot turn his brain off and then will be the only one awake in our household, which frightens him. We’ve tried homeopathics, essential oils, CBD oil, and melatonin, all of which only sometimes relieve his symptoms. I was truly surprised to hear him say he almost immediately felt ready to sleep so soon after I clasped the necklace to his neck. He wore it all night and fell asleep without any hardship and slept through the night. Obviously, time will tell if this continues to work, but so far, I am so glad I stumbled onto lapis lazuli and amethyst!
