I gave these as a gift. I ordered 2. I know one of the bracelets keeps coming off my grandson's ankle. Not sure if it is slipping off or if it's the clasp. Otherwise, they were as I expected and they were shipped and delivered quickly.

I gave a 4 star because these necklaces really work and we have had much success with them helping our family. But this extender I ordered came assembled wrong so I can not use. It has a male connector on each end instead of a male on one and a female on the other. I have tried multiple times to contact yall with email and 3 voicemails with no return solution. I am eagerly awaiting your response.

I bought this for my 2.5 year old daughter who has a very strong personality. She's been wearing it 24/7 (besides during sleep and baths) for a day shy of a week now and my husband and I have both noticed that she's had less daily tantrums and seems to be a better listener. I don't know if it's just the "placebo effect" taking place or if her better behavior can truly be attributed to this necklace...but either way it's been a relief to have a better listener.
