It works like it says just May take you a few days to notice.
I have been taking anxiety medication for the past 2 yrs and sleep aids along with ADHD medication and after my mom went through an episode I found that I became a zombie and wasn’t thinking with my brain but letting medication take control. I have weaned off any medication and only take a 1/4 of my sleep aid and my adhd also. I have clarity and am back to who I know I am Thanks to Baltic Essentials. Everyone’s experience maybe different so do not do anything you don’t quite understand until you speak you your therapist or physician
