When I received my order, I realized that it was a little too tight. I emailed customer service and they were great. They helped me out with the video they sent and the one free extender and paid shipping for the second one. The other Baltic amber was for my Granddaughter for her teething. My son is skeptical about it though. It's too big for her neck and told him to wrap it around her ankle. He's afraid she'll chew on it. So I gotta get him on board!
