It's a really beautiful necklace particularly with the addition of the green Caribbean amber. I like that there were 56 beads in mine, a half mala of sorts. Too bad there aren't 108 as it would be my go-to mala for meditation. As to the health benefits, I unfortunately have not felt any changes even when wearing it for a few weeks. I did wait on my review to give it enough time. Nevertheless, its still an enjoyable piece to wear.
