We ordered SEVERAL necklaces and anklets for my 10 week old granddaughter. She's not having teething issues or trouble sleeping, we're getting ahead of the game! These are very well made, very pretty and I don't hesitate at all putting them on her! The twist clasp looks very safe and I don't doubt that it will break with tension (in a situation where it's being pulled on and has ANY chance of choking her).
