This necklace has worked wonders on our 5 month old. He isnt looking to chew on everything to ease his gums. He still shows his love with his drool lol but instead of having to wash 5 to 7 bibs a day we are now down to going through 2 maybe 3 a day. So this necklace is perfect. It not to tight and not so loose that he can chew on it or even know it's there.
